Talked to Hylton.  Even though the language is closer to &amp;quot;obstacles to entry&amp;quot;, code this as &amp;quot;eliminating competitors&amp;quot; under &amp;quot;restrictive trade practices.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
