Predatory Pricing Prohibitions
We started the Predatory Pricing Report on July 9 (at which point Achal was on Lao, Jake on Japan, and Kaj on Croatia). For that report, we researched statutes and secondary sources for all EU nations, A-Z. After completing that report, as we looked at the remaining nations, we looked for predatory pricing prohibitions in their statutes. The list below are the nations for which we have not looked for predatory pricing prohibitions within their statutes or secondary sources (G and H nations are omitted from the list because Kaj did those countries after working on the Predatory Pricing Chart). Note: the only nations where we've looked at secondary sources for predatory pricing prohibitions are EU nations. Accordingly, we have to look at secondary sources for every non-EU nation to see if they enforce any sort of predatory pricing prohibition.
