Namibia 2003 - Imprisonment
Do we think this counts as imprisonment? Too far removed from the anti-competitive behavior?
Article 62 calls for imprisonment if a person fails to comply with an order of a court acting under the statute.

Nigeria only has a single statute that deals with mergers specifically and not competition law, specifically. Should we include this nation in our dataset?
