Malta
Malta's competition act was enacted in 1995. This act did not cover mergers. Malta enacted a separate set of regulations covering mergers in 2003. Subsequently, Malta amended the 1995 competition act in 2004 to include certain exemptions. These exemptions do not affect their scoring in this report.
