The Third Socio-Economic and Cultural Development Plan of The Islamic Republic of Iran 2000-2004: Regulation of Monopolies and Promotion of Competition in Economic Activities only regulates specific industries (e.g. the government is given authority to regulate firms processing green tea).^[1]
