Namibia 2003 - Imprisonment

Do we think this counts as imprisonment? Too far removed from the anti-competitive behavior?

Article 62 calls for imprisonment if a person fails to comply with an order of a court acting under the statute.

Restrictive practices prohibited 23. (1) Agreements between undertakings, decisions by associations of undertakings or concerted practices by undertakings which have as their object or effect the prevention or substantial lessening of competition in trade in any goods or services in Namibia, or a part of Namibia, are prohibited, unless they are exempt in accordance with the provisions of Part III of this Chapter.
